What To Expect
The session time includes the consultation. You will talk briefly about how you are feeling and what brought you in for a session. Wear comfortable clothing if possible. You remain fully clothed except for shoes. The practitioner uses hands-on techniques with gentle touch to slight pressure, depending on your needs. Some people fall asleep, others experience a profoundly deep relaxation, while others feel recharged. Each session can be different for the same person.
